Metropolitan Properties was created in 1994 by Leslie Gearhart and Jodi Beavers. Their mission is to rehabilitate substandard houses and apartment buildings for sale or rental purposes.

Leslie Gearhart began renovating houses in her spare time in 1987.  Since then she has been doing it full-time, developing an organized approach to figuring the economic potential of a project.

Jodi Beavers worked as a social worker for 7 years, working with chemically dependent and homeless families.  Her social work history enhances her relationship with our tenants.
